How does it work?
Everything from the Business Starter Plan is relevant.
We complete the site design and structure in the same way as well as give you the login details at the appropriate stage to amend the site yourself with the following additions and/or changes:
We create a much more advanced contact form, which can include radio buttons and drop-down menus to tailor it to your business. This allows visitors to contact you in a much less generic kind of way. For example; You could have a drop-down menu for each of your products and then a radio button (basically an on/off switch) on whether your visitor wants a phone call back or not. You could even include the option for your customer to upload a photo (if it was relevant to your business, like a recruitment site for example).
A newsletter sign-up form can also be implemented to help you build a customer list. When a visitor views your site, they can be presented with a sign up form (preferably with some kind of incentive to do so like a discount voucher). This then sends an email back to them confirming their sign up (this is called double-opting in and stops you being accused of spam) and the reply is called an Autoresponder. You can then send out a simple newsletter (once a month or so) inviting them back to your site or promoting your latest product or service. This can be managed yourself, we just provide the tools to do so.
