The Business Starter Plan

How does it work?

Firstly you will need to think of a domain name. This is how people will find you on the internet, for example www.my-cool-business-name.com. After an initial 50% deposit, we will register your chosen domain name for you (provided it does not already belong to someone else!) and set up any email addresses you require. This process can take three working days. In the meantime, you can either point us at websites you like for design and functionality, or let us make a ‘best guess’ based on information given (like a digital brochure you may have produced, or even just from your logo).

Next, You send us a simple site map (these can be created in MS Powerpoint very easily), such as this one.

Or even in an email like this:

Products or Services – Contact – About

Product 1 – Product 2 – Product3

We create the website, based on this structure using your company/website name (with logo if provided) and using your product or service names. You provide the copy (text) for each page including product images (if required) and any other relevant images or photography via email (for speed).

What do you get?

If everything has been provided before the start of the project, you should see a first draft of your site within three working days. If all is ok and you are happy with the look and feel, it is at this point you are given instructions on how to update your website yourself. Don’t worry, if you can edit an MS Word document, you can change the wording on your website.

This is the point where the other 50% is paid to us (provided you are completely happy with our service).

We then do some more search engine submission stuff so that you start receiving traffic. You then setup a standing order (or ask us for a link so you can pay us online) for the £15 per month hosting. That’s it!

You can edit the text (or some images) on your site as you wish, as often as you like. New product or service? no problem, you can add these yourself. If you get stuck you can ring us or even email us, as long as the hosting is paid every month.

See our Terms & Conditions to ensure there are no surprises. Don’t worry, they are not very long.
